Update: Touchstone Roofing replaced my roof after Hurricane Ida. Ethan Kegg served as both the salesman and project manager. Although their quote was not the lowest and were not able to start the soonest, we chose them for the job. Ethan told me they had recently opened a permanent location in my area, were veteran-owned, and he came across as a reliable, genuine person. During the replacement, we provided the crew with lunch and drinks daily as a gesture of appreciation. I left a positive review when asked, even though the cleanup was incomplete, because I was told a crew would return the next day. No one ever did. I cleaned up the nails and debris myself and also discovered the crew had damaged our gutters. Ethan assured me this would be fixed, but after that conversation, I never heard from him again. At the time, my husband and I decided to overlook these issues, recognizing the widespread need for critical repairs in our community. About a year later I began noticing a mildew smell inside my home. Over time, small water stains appeared in three separate rooms. I reached out to the project manage for repair but never returned my call. When looking for an alternate phone # to speak w/ someone else at touchstone roofing I learned they did not have business location in my area. I was shocked!!! I had no choice but to find another contractor to inspect and he found multiple problems: the ridge vent was the wrong size, installed incorrectly, and partially blocked by roofing materials. These issues caused poor ventilation, extreme attic temperatures, and moisture retention. As a result, sap has leaked from the wood, and mold has developed on the attic structure and insulation. unaddressed has now turned into serious damage. Original review Amazing experience w/touchstone. Ethan Kegg & the hardworking men on the roofing crew are exceptional at what they do. They are no nonsense, honestly priced, have superior workmanship. When roofing tarps from another company flew off, I texted Ethan & he was able to have them secured the next day preventing further water damage to my home. That’s great customer service! Thanks TouchStone crewPosted on Google

Lisa N20 March 2026Huge shout out to Touchstone Roofing and Jason Clark. From the first day I called him to the very end, he always stayed in contact and I always knew what was going on. He is very thorough and everything with hail damage was made right. They even replaced my rain gutters, screens and stained my fence. I don't see that happening with any of my neighbor's homes. Calling Jason was my best decision this year.Posted on Google
V S21 September 2025Firstly, I would like to recognize Matthew Mangapit, the Project Manager at Touchstone Roofing. Matt is very professional, respectful and a reason we stayed with the roofing company in spite of other roofing company offers. Touchstone roofing completed the roofing installation at our home and we are very pleased with the safety protocols they undertook before starting the project. The staff/ team was very knowledgeable, skilled and worked at a fast pace. Matt was present to supervise the whole project, answer any questions and provided pictures of the work being completed live. We have been very satisfied with the roof installation. They also took care of the gutters, window screens, fence staining. We would definitely recommend Touchstone roofing for the roof installation and other projects as they are sincere and reliable. A lot of our positive reviews is due to Matt as he was our point of contact, since the inspection and roof installation completion. Matt definitely deserves to be recognized and we thank him for the prompt communication and support throughout the process.Posted on Google
Linda Ruth14 August 2025Fantastic team, that pays attention to details and make sure the job gets done right the first time. Zac and his crew are top notch.Posted on Google
J Williams6 August 2025Don't be fooled! They are great salesmen and offer a nice sales pitch. They only have so many good reviews because they offer gift cards in return. Don't expect them to come fix any issues after the fact and they also come back and send additional invoices after your claim is closed. RUN!Posted on Google

Kathy Gosa27 March 2025I discovered I needed a new roof and I called around found three different companies that had good reviews. that also dealt with solar panels . I called each of them to get an appointment set up for someone to come out and I was in a panic so I wanted it done as quickly as possible. One company couldn’t send anyone out for a week and a half the second company I called scheduled me And the day they were to come out called to reschedule . when I called Touchstone, they told me they could come out on Monday and this was a Friday I accepted this, but they called back and said they could work me in that day. A rep Named Sierra came that morning checked over everything put my mind at ease about what steps to take how to contact my insurance company and took over this project and made everything run smoothly. I really truly expected extra charges, delays, every worst thing you can think of about having a roof replaced this coming from having to have the roof replaced 12 years ago. The nightmare that was compared to this was almost like night and day. I got the first pick on shingles I chose, they upgraded some things I didn’t even consider needing upgrading. Fixed/ replaced items on roof that should have been fixed by the previous company but wasn’t. This company handled the Solar part of my project perfectly. They also stayed in constant contact with me, which made me feel at ease every step of the way. All I can say is if you need a roof, Touchstone Roofing can be trusted. They work with your insurance company very well and for as much as I can tell, there’s nothing hidden about their work practices are very upfront, straightforward, and mindful of your property.Posted on Google

They went above and beyond to restore everything to better-than-new condition. They replaced my roof with precision and efficiency, even installing these sexy solar powered roof fans to keep my attic cool. They installed beautiful new garage doors, and upgraded my gutters. They also repaired and re-screened my damaged windows, re-stained my fence to perfection, and painted several outdoor surfaces with flawless attention to detail. The transformation is truly incredible! Zac’s professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise made the entire process stress-free. He communicated clearly every step of the way and ensured everything was completed on time and within budget. B Scott31 December 2024This company did a fantastic job installing new roof on my one story house with extremely steep roof. They used high quality materials (GAF) and even replaced a few boards that prior roofer had simply patched up after removed turtle vents. They did not cut corners in any step. And Matt was incredibly responsive the whole way and even showed up New Years eve day to apply extra caulk to new skylights.Load more

Took 6 months from the 4.28.21 hail storm to finish the work. Roof, gutters ok. But the painting and fence staining subpar quality. Be real careful when signing contract, they will claim work work they didn't do. 2 other homeowners around me also not too happy. I will not use in any future work.
